We have a wonderful day planned (the committee met yesterday to go over some details, and we're all pretty excited about the day) and we want YOU to be part of it!

Two exciting packages have been donated as raffle items to sustain the reasonable cost of the Life After Breast Cancer Conference. Come prepared to participate in this event by purchasing tickets.

Getting a Good Night's Sleep After Breast Cancer - Colleen Carney, Ph.D., CPsych.
Colleen E. Carney, PhD, is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology and Director of the Sleep and Depression Laboratory at Ryerson University in Toronto. She is the President of the Behavioral Sleep Medicine Special Interest Group of the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies. Dr. Carney’s research focuses on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for insomnia in the context of other health conditions, notably depression and chronic pain, as well as evidence-based fatigue management strategies. Her research has been funded by the National Institutes of Health and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. She has over 100 publications, including nine books, and she is a passionate advocate for improving access to evidence-based insomnia treatment.
