The 9th Biennial Life After Breast Cancer Conference is an excellent opportunity for our community partners to inform conference attendees of the services they offer and have items for sale. As the focus of the conference is living well after a diagnosis of breast cancer, the criteria for vendors are that their services relate to breast cancer treatment, education, research or patient well being. Vendors from within Hamilton, Halton, Niagara, Brant and Norfolk counties are invited to submit a vendor application.
We are delighted to offer an exhibit table to vendors in our community. Due to a large number of interested vendors and a relatively smaller number of tables we ask that vendors contact Michele Cardoso at 905-575-9495 ext. 63717 for information on how to apply. The fee for a vendor booth is $300.00; some exceptions do apply. Each table assignment includes complementary registration and lunch for two people. If you would like to bring more than two people they will be required to register and will be responsible for the registration fee.
Please apply by August 1st. While we do appreciate your interest in this event, only successful applicants will be notified.
