We recognize that you are our best teachers. Help us see things through your eyes as we continually strive to deliver the best possible care to our patients. Please let us know how we are doing by directing your compliments or concerns to the staff caring for you.
If our service does not meet your expectations:
We suggest that patients and family members first attempt to resolve any questions or concerns directly with the staff involved. You can speak to the nurse caring for you, or the nurse in charge of the unit, or ask to speak to the Clinical Manager.
If you let us know about your concerns, two things will happen:
1. We will have the opportunity to solve your problem
2. By solving your problem, we learn how to provide better service to others
If your attempt to resolve your concern with the staff involved is unsatisfactory, please call Patient Relations at 905-521-2100 ext. 75240, and a Patient Relations Specialist will assist you. Patient Relations is here to support patients and families, and to strengthen the relationship between you and the Hamilton Health Sciences healthcare team.
